BODY CLOCK

Time is a critical factor of human life, peoples are advised to follow time-table on their daily routine life to be successful. But on the other hand our human body also has biological clock that we ignore/not understand properly.

The intent of this article is to generate awareness on our body clock so that we can
improve our life cycle or probable diseases if they occur/aggravate at specific time of the day.
Every organ has specific time. For convenient time we have assumed around 6AM is sunrise time and 6PM is sunset time.

6AM to 8AM is lungs times, that is why the patient of lung related disease (e.g. bronchiectasis) have problem in that time and its recommended to do exercise in morning hours. This is good to do pranayama in this duration.
8AM to 10AM is time for pancreas, an organ related with kapha. It regulate sugar and water in body
10AM to Midday is time for Stomach, it aggravate Pitta because of that we feel hunger.
12PM to 2PM is time for heart. Prana energy reside in heart. It constantly circulate the blood in whole body.
2PM to 4PM is time for liver and gallbladder, a person with liver (e.g. hepatitis ) disease will feel problem at this time
4M to 6PM is time for colon and kidney. Adrenal function will be low at this time because of people may feel tired and look for a cup of Tea/Coffee to improve energy.
6PM to 8PM during sunset its time for lungs and people with lungs diseases (asthma) may feel problem.
8PM to 10PM is again time for pancreas, people having issues with pancreas my feel problem at this time.
10PM to 12PM is time for stomach and small intestine, pitta again aggravated at it helps to digest food completely, at this time acidity will be very high people having peptic ulcer may have problem this time.
12AM to 2AM again time for Heart, during this time heart needs rest, due to late dinner or late slipping make stress on heart.
2AM to 4AM is time for spleen, and 4AM to 6AM is time for colon and gallbladder.
